This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about automotive technology and are keen to provide exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Manage complaints effectively and strive to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about product features and offers while providing comprehensive support throughout their purchase journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the automotive industry's products and services to provide accurate information.




- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service evaluation.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and offer effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
