As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of a healthcare team focused on improving the lives of patients through attentive care and support.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal functions
- Monitor patients’ health and report any significant changes to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their comfort




- Keep patient areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards
- Implement care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams to meet patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to further enhance skills

- Experience as a patient care assistant or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach towards patient care
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care directives
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland for this opportunity
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in patient care will be an advantage
- Basic computer and documentation skills are preferred
