- Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new creations and refine existing recipes.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development and fostering a culture of learning.
- Monitor stock levels, submit requisitions when needed, and help optimize production processes.
- Maintain clear communication with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service coordination.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques, with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
