Demonstrated expertise in budget cycles, business case development, and program process setup. Holds accountability for all aspects of the program, ensuring a comprehensive oversight of program specifics, phases, team responsibilities, key milestones, and critical paths. Responsible for developing and managing program activities, defining targets, tracking open items, and ensuring continuous and regular governance to drive results and prevent escalation. You mut have the ability in strategize and scout new opportunities to meet program targets and expansion. Skilled in setting up and preparing executive materials, such as executive dashboards, BI dashboards, slide packs, and templates, tailored to different stakeholder levels with proper key messages and prioritization. Capable to chair and attend executive meetings, interact with functions Head Ofs up to CNOs level, fluent in english and during CET/GMT working hours. Master's degree in Engineering is preferred (or equivalent in a related field) with experience.
