Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer the opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our remote team from Greece! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Norwegian-speaking customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Norwegian across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize customer experiences and share best practices.
- Stay informed about company products, services,
and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a remote working environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
