Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of executives, alongside the head of CRM and the business to achieve targets and KPIs.

- Be the go to person for 4 core markets within the business; Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

- Align with country managers, design team, casino team and other stakeholders within the business to deliver high quality performance.

- Plan and execute all CRM campaigns alongside your team for your 4 markets, including brand to brand and product to product cross sell efforts.

- Drive the markets in achieving all of the growth tracks set by the business.

- Provide regular performance updates using performance tools to higher management.

highlight and bring forward blockers and issues to ensure smoother and seemles process within the business.

Job requirements:

- Crude understanding of Sweden and/or Danish market regulations

- Must have at least 3 years of CRM experience in one or more of the Nordic markets

- Previous team management experience is preferable

- Must have an analytical mind, with the ability to provide reports and make data driven CRM decisions.

- Must have experience in casino CRM as a primary, with additional sportsbook CRM experience will be preferable.

- Have strong communication skills, able to manage under a high pressure environment and not afraid to challenge with ideas/thoughts.

- A go-getter, with a hunger to achieve great things.
