As a Customer Support Representative, you will engage with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience across all communication channels.

What you will do

- Identify customer needs and provide smart, effective solutions

- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues when needed

- Turn every customer into a happy and loyal customer

- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and improve solutions

What we are looking for

- High fluency in Italian (C1) & good command of English (B2)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
