Your Responsibilities

- Provide top-tier support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

- Solve problems and answer inquiries related to bookings, digital tools, or tech services

- Represent international brands with professionalism and empathy

- Collaborate virtually with colleagues from around the world

What Youll Bring

- Fluent Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2)

- Valid EU passport or residence visa in Portugal

- High school diploma (A-level or equivalent)

- A proactive, customer-focused mindset

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts for schedule flexibility
