Experience with network elements: HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, PGW/SGW, IMS. Understanding of GSMA standards (IR.21, IR.85, IR.88) and IPX/GRX networks. Good understanding of the SW lifecycle: design, development, testing and acceptance, implementation, performance optimization and troubleshooting Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Project and time management across multiple priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability to evolving technologies and standards. University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent Telecommunications industry and project delivery experience (operator or supplier) 2-3 years of experience in telecom engineering, preferably in roaming or interconnect. A very good English level is required
