Strategy: Develops and agrees on the sales strategy for Insurance Telematics and Fleet, identifying opportunities and threats to maintain a market-leading position. Customers: Cultivates and sustains relationships with key accounts. Engages directly with key customers and opportunities to support pipeline closure and foster long-term relationships. Leadership & Teamwork: Attracts and nurtures sales talent by creating growth opportunities within the team. Motivates the sales team and allocates accounts and opportunities to maximize revenue growth. Ensures diversity and meets attrition targets within the sales team. A minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance telematics (automotive field knowledge is essential) and fleet management. Strong team management skills. High-level communication and negotiation abilities, both externally and internally. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Degree qualification. Proficiency in IT, including Windows, MS Office, and Salesforce. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
