Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.
- Moderation: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
- Reporting: Document and report any trends, issues, or feedback to help improve our moderation processes and community standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide insights and contribute to the development of moderation strategies.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your understanding of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure culturally relevant content management.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian are essential.
- English Proficiency: Good command of English to interact with international colleagues and for documentation purposes.
