Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries about products, services, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement effective solutions and enhance service delivery.




- Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration.
- A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
