Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Appointment Setter, with the possibility of remote work from beautiful Bulgaria and a paid relocation package for the selected candidate. This role is perfect for motivated, dynamic individuals who are passionate about engaging with clients and setting appointments for our talented sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential Dutch-speaking clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
- Effectively communicate our services and schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads to cultivate relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Document all client interactions and appointment details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions of scheduled appointments.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and assist in refining our outreach strategies.




- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to engage clients effectively.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; fluency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and office software applications.
- A highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a remote working environment.
