- Oversee warranty claims, repairs, and replacements to enrich the customer experience.
- Handle queries about orders, payments, and any concerns with care and sensitivity.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

- Proficient in both written and spoken Italian, and good English language skills as well.
