Adecco Italia Consultant Spa is looking for a Business Controller for an important Company based in Lainate (MI) (Packaging sector) Main activities and responsibilities Contribute to the implementation of a solid reporting, planning and control processes in order to guarantee full control over the company profitability and participate in consistent data gathering at cluster level. Support Italian Managing Director & Italian CFO Responsibilities Planning process preparation (Long Range Plan, Budgeting, Forecasting) and sharing the necessary information among the relevant functions, coordinating the results with the SE finance team. Enforce procedures and implement and maintain cost tracking tools. Prepare the monthly reporting ensuring the consistency of data available. Main deliveries:

- End of Month (EoM) Flash
- Monthly Closing Package Report (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Working Capital), assessing discrepancies vs targets (budget, Forecast)
- Mid-Month (MM) Flash
- Reporting on demand upon request

Periodical business and cross-functional controlling activities:
- Business controlling / Customer profitability / Product profitability




- Logistics cost controlling
- Commercial cost controlling
- Periodical actual vs Budget/Forecast discrepancy analysis
- Key-Performance-Indicators set up and tracking

Experience and profile
- 5 years minimum accounting and financial reporting experience, management control or external audit in international environment and corporate companies
- Finance and controlling education

Skills
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Warehouse management / logistics controlling background
- Capability to develop dedicated control and analysis tools
- Knowledge of accountability principals
- Computer skills (SAP, Navision, Excel, Access)
- Team-spirit
- Good oral presentation & synthesis skills
- Fluent English
- Spanish would be appreciated
