In this vital position, you are responsible for generating high‑quality clinical pathology data to support the safety assessment of innovative drug candidates during non‑clinical development. You will perform routine analysis, including hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and immune cell phenotyping on preclinical samples.
Additionally, you will set up and validate new multicolor flow cytometric panels for immunophenotyping. You must handle instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will review analytical data for strict compliance and collaborate with scientists to deliver timely study results. /p h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in biology, biotechnology, or equivalent field. /li liProven hands‑on experience with flow cytometer operation. /li liSkilled in instrument compensation, acquisition, and analysis. /li liExperience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or CRO labs. /li liStrong attention to detail and data quality commitment. /li liExcellent organizational and time‑management skills. /li liTeam‑oriented with effective communication capabilities. /li liAbility to thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments. /li liFalling under protected categories (Law 68/99). /li /ul h3Salary Package /h3 ul liAnnual Base Salary (RAL): €32,980 – €38,000 /li liCategoria CCNL: D - C /li liVariable Compensation (AIP/SIP) /li liWelfare and Benefits Package /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology.
