MSX has the job for you! /b /p pMSX is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Field Engineer to support our precious client’s network across Center‑South Italy. The role is a blend of remote technical support, on‑site interventions, and training activities. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs part of our team, you will provide technical expertise and operational support to the Authorized Repairer Network, ensuring compliance with company standards. Your work will involve diagnosing vehicle concerns, guiding repair processes, supporting warranty topics. /p ul liProviding technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and on‑site. /li liInvestigating and analysing technical faults and delivering clear, actionable recommendations. /li liExplaining diagnostic procedures. /li liCreating detailed technical reports and maintaining accurate case logs. /li liEngaging with technical departments independently and effectively. /li liManaging MSX and Client assets in full compliance with company policies.

Our ideal Field Engineer has strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrives both independently and as part of a team. /p ul liDegree in Engineering or previous experience as a Field Engineer or Technical Helpdesk Advisor in the automotive, truck, industrial, or agriculture sectors. /li liAlternatively, experience as an in‑workshop Diagnostic Technician in similar industries will also be considered. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously and manage complex situations. /li liTeamwork mindset and a customer‑focused approach. /li liValid driving licence (min.
