ppAs part of the ongoing development of the newb Roberto Cavalli /bOperating organization, The Level Group is building a dedicated Operations team to support the brand’s product lifecycle from product development through production and delivery. /ppWe are looking for three talented Product Development Production Specialists to join our team in Milan. This role will be dedicated to one of the Group’s collections (Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli or Outlet) and will be responsible for coordinating the product development and production process from collection handover through final delivery, ensuring quality, timing and cost objectives are achieved. /ppWorking closely with Design, Purchasing, Production, Quality and external suppliers, you will play a key role in bringing each collection to life while ensuring operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle. /ph3What you'll do: /h3ulliCoordinate the development and production process for one of the assigned collections from initial briefing through bulk production. /liliManage the critical path, ensuring all development milestones and production deadlines are achieved. /liliLiaise daily with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners to monitor production progress and resolve operational issues. /liliCoordinate prototype development, sample reviews, fittings and product approvals in collaboration with Design and Product Development teams. /liliMonitor production planning, ensuring alignment between collection calendars and supplier capacity. /liliCollaborate with Purchasing,



Quality Control and Compliance teams to guarantee product quality, technical compliance and on-time delivery. /liliIdentify potential production risks and proactively implement corrective actions to minimize delays. /liliMaintain accurate product information and production documentation within company systems. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of product development and production processes. /li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ulli3+ years of experience in Product Development, Production or Product Management within the fashion or luxury industry. /liliPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry is mandatory. /liliStrong knowledge of apparel product development and manufacturing processes. /liliExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously. /liliStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. /liliHigh attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. /liliFluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. /li /ulpAt The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams.
