The Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Manager supports the commercial development, bidding, procurement, planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements.

- Provides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading.
- Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air).
- Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
- Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.
- Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, legal,



and operational standards.
- Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
- Assist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure.
- Support management with reports and updates.
- Adhere to Safety, Health, and Quality standards of the company.
- Awareness of the Business Continuity Plan in place.
- Contributes to business development initiatives and participates in customer meetings independently or in collaboration with Sales or Management.
- Attending the RFQ’s, rate requests from customers & overseas offices.
- Procuring prices from vendors for the RFQ’s and rate requests.
- Offering quotations for the RFQ’s and rate requests.
- Support in preparation of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
- Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability and scheduling.
- Coordinating with customers and updating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments(land, sea, or air).
- Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
- Support customers with reports and updates.
- Assisting in customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure.
- Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years working experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
- 1–3 years’ experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations
