ppWe are looking for a Junior Associate to join our dynamic and highly qualified legal team in Rome, working within an international and multidisciplinary environment. The Junior Associate will be involved in various legal projects and initiatives across several industries, mentored by experienced professionals who will continuously support their learning and training. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConducting in-depth analysis and research on complex legal issues, while monitoring regulatory and case law developments within the firm’s key practice areas, with increasing autonomy in the preparation of legal opinions and briefing notes /li liDrafting legal documents, including commercial contracts, judicial acts, company resolutions, legal opinions, and memoranda, with progressive autonomy in managing drafts and coordinating directly with clients /li liManaging case files and related requirements, including compliance activities, the development of contract templates, the preparation of client presentations,
and the drafting of legal articles and publications /li liActively participating, alongside the firm’s professionals, in client meetings, negotiation sessions, notarial signings, and transaction closings, with the opportunity to take direct responsibility for specific aspects of negotiations /li liManaging legal due diligence processes in M A transactions, coordinating document review activities and the preparation of due diligence reports /li liParticipating directly in hearings and the management of litigation matters, with increasing responsibility in case management and organisation of procedural documentation /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA law Degree /li liA strong interest in commercial and corporate law /li liItalian native speaker, fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an asset /li liExcellent analytical skills, precision, and a strong team-oriented attitude /li liAttention to detail and strong organisational skills /li liProficiency with IT tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite, online research tools and legal databases, and familiarity with prompting AI systems /li /ul pAs a fast-growing and highly respected law firm, WH Partners offers a dynamic and friendly environment that fosters growth, continuous training, and career opportunities for all employees. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
