Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids, these include creams and gels. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 pThe Head of HR is responsible for overseeing and developing all human resources activities within the plant (approximately 200 employees), ensuring alignment between HR strategies and operational, organizational, and business objectives. The role requires a strong on-site presence and close collaboration with all departments. /p ul liOversee all personnel administration processes (time attendance, contracts, payroll coordination with external providers or HQ) /li liEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective agreements /li liMonitor and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, productivity) /li liManage relationships with employee representatives and unions /li liParticipate in negotiations and union meetings /li liProactively manage conflicts and labor disputes /li liLead recruitment processes for blue-collar, white-collar,
and middle management roles /li liCoordinate onboarding and induction programs /li liManage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners /li liIdentify training needs in collaboration with line managers /li liPlan and monitor technical and soft skills training programs /li liSupport performance management and talent development processes /li liSupport line managers in team management and people-related topics /li liPromote employee engagement and well-being initiatives /li liManage employee surveys and follow-up action plans /li liCollaborate with HSE to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations /li liPromote a strong safety culture across the plant /li liSupport internal and external audits and ensure HR compliance /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields /li li5–7+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing environments /li liProven experience in industrial relations and unionized environments /li liStrong knowledge of labor law and HR administration /li liExperience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office /li liFamiliarity with payroll processes /li liExperience in multinational or structured companies /li liFluency in English /li liStrong leadership and influencing skills /li liExcellent communication and negotiation abilities /li liProblem-solving mindset and results orientation /li liAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, operational environments /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
