IKEA Camerano, Italy, is seeking a People Planning Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will analyze staffing data, support digital people planning solutions, and help ensure schedules align with unit budgets.

You will partner with the Recruitment Delivery Manager and P&C; Manager to review vacancies against headcount, and define contract levels and capacity. Fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and CCNL DMO knowledge are required.
