For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Digital Lead Generation Team**, part of the **Global Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) **supporting the team in managing, reporting and analyzing digital campaigns across all the media platforms. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Reporting of digital advertising campaigns;
- Creative performance analysis;
- Competitive data management with internal and external tools (e.g. SimilarWeb, SemRush, Google Trends, Google Ads Datastudio Dashboard);
- Act as a bridge between team members and international partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration;
- Establish strong relationships and manage key strategic partnerships within the company and the external media agency and suppliers. **You are the right person if you have**: - Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Business Suite and Programmatic Platforms.
- Good knowledge and understanding of performance media KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROI).




- Fluent English language is a key prerequisite, both written and oral.
- High Proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel to assist with data analysis, spreadsheet management, and reporting tasks. Managerial Skills and Personal Characteristics: - Passion for digital advertising;
- Data driven decision maker organized and detail oriented;
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude;
- Proactive mindset to discover and define new opportunities;
