With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are committed to expanding our product offerings and enhancing our market presence. **Position Overview** The role involves overseeing the integration of various WHMCS modules, streamlining operations, and ensuring a cohesive user experience. **Main responsibilities will be**: - Define high level release plans, schedule major milestones.
- Analyze, document and prioritize requirements based on input from stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities.
- Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria and other relevant documentation to lead the development process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in an international environment, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to inform future iterations.
- Monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, scaling and automation.




- Provide training and support to internal teams on new functionalities. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the domains & hosting industry.
- Extensive experience with WHMCS and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Continuous problem-solving ability.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Technical Background is preferred.
- BS Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in consolidating software platforms or managing complex integrations is a plus.
- Fluent English is required.
