With more than 40 years of experience and record-breaking algorithms in route planning and tour optimization, the software empowers logistics companies to realize in practice the theoretical savings potential of route planning automation. **Your responsibilities**: - You will be part of the PTV-Axylog competence center, where you will provide support for the success of our most important projects.
- You will acquire the necessary technical and consulting skills to generate value for PTV's end customers and consultants all over the world.
- Gathering and spreading excellent knowledge of the PTV Axylog offer and its functionalities
- Directly supporting customers during the implementation phase of major projects to ensure their success
- Being a reference for consultants and salesmen in the PTV Logistics world
- Interacting harmoniously and proactively with the development team to achieve objectives
- Providing first-level technical support **Your qualifications**: - Excellent knowledge of the English language. C1 or greater
- Willingness to travel to customers site worldwide
- Willingness to periodically work in Axylog headquarter in Altidona (Italy) to be in close contact with the entire Team
- Ability to manipulate data and workflows with integration tools
- Basic programming skills to write code for supporting integration between different products
- Good teamwork skills
- Knowledge of logistics and business processes, or strong predisposition to acquire it
