Job Description:
- Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I; ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets.
- Develop and manage local distribution channels, build strong relationships with key distributors, and continuously expand and optimize the distribution network.
- Develop and manage key installers and EPC partners, generate project opportunities, drive them through local distribution channels,
and strengthen KSTAR’s local market coverage and customer base.
- Build, lead, and manage the local team, coordinating sales, marketing, presales, technical, and after-sales resources to support business growth and improve team performance.
- Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation and other engineering disciplines is preferred
- More than 5 years of overseas business experience, new energy industry related product sales experience is preferred
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Italian, excellent communication skills, excellent sales ability, and good professional conduct
- Familiar with overseas sales process, familiar with the local market, with the ability to independently establish and maintain stable customer relationships
