To support our growth, we are looking for a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F/M) Long term contract - Rome (ITALY) As part of the Italian development team, you will support mergers and acquisitions within the solar energy sector through a mix of financial, technical, and project management duties. Your main tasks will be : TO CONDUCT DUE DILIGENCE - Lead and support technical and financial due diligence processes to assess the risks and viability of a target company or project. - Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, development) and external parties to ensure all aspects of the deal are managed effectively. TO PERFORM FINANCIAL MODELING AND ANALYZE - Develop and maintain financial models for photovoltaic projects and portfolios. - Perform feasibility and sensitivities studies and analyze the financial impact of potential transactions.
