Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand and relocate abroad. The role involves assisting Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat from Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.

You will handle product and order inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues, escalating complex cases when needed. A customer-focused, empathetic attitude and basic CRM proficiency are required.
