We are looking for a highly skilled **Data Product Governance Lead** to design, implement, and continuously improve a global Data Governance program. This role is critical in ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset through a federated and computational governance approach. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, implement,
and continuously improve the company's global Data Governance program.
- Define and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective data management across the organization.
- Set up global and local data governance organization
- Lead transformative data governance initiatives leveraging and following "Data as a Product" key principles and market guidelines.
- Collaborate with domain teams to implement a federated and computational governance approach.
- Manage and optimize tools like Data Catalogs and Data Product Marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with Data Management and Data Governance best practices in line with architectural and infrastructural guidelines. **Required Qualifications**: - 10+ years of experience in Data Management and Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA)and data governance tools (data quality, data linage, business glossary,...)
- Proven experience driving "Data as a Product" and "Data Mesh" transformations.
- Expertise in managing Data Catalogs and Data Product Marketplaces.
- Experience with federated and computational governance implementation.
