- You execute the sales strategy and target, as well as plan and carry out the sales forecast and the business plan within your area of responsibility.
- You realize new business in the strategic products and segments.
- You achieve regional sales, gross margins and profit targets and maximize sales as well as market share.




- You build and maintain trustful relations to key decision takers and influencers on all levels at customers and prospects.
- You work together with your colleagues from the technology teams in terms of products and services with the goal of best class customer solutions.

- Based on your university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar area you have several years of experience in sales within the printing and/or packaging industry or adherent industries.
- You are a strong sales person with technical understanding or a technical person with strong sales skills.
- You are a team player, dynamic, goal oriented and highly flexible.
- You are open to travel 50% within Italy.
