**Role Overview** As the Studio Manager at Ydun Duomo, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will oversee all aspects of studio operations, from managing bookings and creating a luxurious atmosphere to fostering relationships with members and ensuring the studio remains a space of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
- Client Experience:_
- Warmly greet all clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to build rapport and understand their preferences.
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, smoothies, and refreshments to enhance the client experience.
- Proactively address client feedback to improve their journey at Ydun.
- Studio Operations:_
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, bookings, and payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio to meet Ydun’s luxury standards.
- Ensure all equipment is in top condition, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels for refreshments, supplies, and studio materials.
- Team Management:_
- Act as the point of contact for trainers and other studio staff, facilitating clear communication.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to integrate them seamlessly into the Ydun culture.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure smooth operation during all business hours.
- Studio Improvements:_
- Identify and implement ongoing improvements to the studio environment, enhancing aesthetics and functionality.




- Collaborate with management to execute updates or initiatives that elevate the client experience.
- Stay informed of industry trends to propose innovative ideas for studio enhancements. **Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 5+ years in a client-facing or operations role, and 2+ years as a manager, ideally in a luxury or boutique setting.
- **Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational abilities; attention to detail.
- **Attributes**: Warm, approachable, and service-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Italian and English required; additional languages are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with booking and scheduling software; basic proficiency in Google Workspace, bookkeeping tools, etc. **What We Offer**
