- Degree in Mechanical, Energy, Chemical or Electronic Engineering
- Permanent contract, full-time
- Previous experience (even short) in production or maintenance is a strong plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities **Position Summary** You will lead and improve factory maintenance planning process to ensure that all planned maintenance activities are executed with high quality and in time and as a result increase asset intensity. **A day in the life of a Maintenance Planner**
- ** Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance**:
Execute the weekly maintenance planning routine including tasks prioritization, maintenance shutdowns scheduling in collaboration with production and work orders execution results review.
Execute and coordinate with maintenance team review, creation and optimization of maintenance plans in AMM to improve the quality and effectiveness of maintenance planning system.
Coordinate 3rd party maintenance service providers to ensure high quality of service.
Has a role of PM pillar member in a TPM factory
- ** Build Engineering Capability**:
Responsible to build AMM competencies within Engineering.
Is usually the factory AMM superuser.
- ** Manage existing assets - Budget management**:
Provide supporting data for maintenance budget planning and tracking.
Establish and deploy AMM predefined reports to facilitate review of maintenance indicators.
- **Manage existing assets - Spare parts management**:
Coordinate with the Technical Store creation of assets BOM and spare parts ABCZ classification.
Participate in slow moving parts review. **What will make you successful**
