You will play a key role in guest satisfaction and team coordination, acting as the point of contact during the critical evening hours. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Restaurant / Dinner Service**: - Oversee the setup and execution of dinner service, ensuring it meets service and timing standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure punctual and high-quality meal delivery.
- Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth operations during aperitivo and dinner.
- Attend and host aperitivo, interacting warmly with guests and setting a welcoming tone.
- Take and serve wine orders, provide recommendations, and explain wine pairings and regional varieties.
- Promote and describe olive oil and wine tastings, and other add-on experiences (e.g., cooking classes, truffle hunting). **Reception / Guest Services**: - Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out during the shift.
