No **The opportunity** For our Business Unit Grid Integration (e-Mobility business) we are looking for Project Planner. **Location: 50% Milano offices, 50% COET Factory in San Donato Milanese.** **How you’ll make an impact**
- Sales and Operations coordination among factory and eMobility Units/Centre of Competence to optimize the production schedule and provide feedback to Sales about factory workload 
- Cooperate with factory to plan and control production schedules vs projects demand and viceversa; 
- Act as contact point to have timely communication among factory and eMobility Units/Centre of Competence in case of change of planning or criticalities; 
- Continuous improvement of S&OP; tools 
- Coordinate the S&OP; meetings 
- Support to define OTD KPIs 
- Support weekly consolidation and validation of total future demand outlook in volumes and value,
to secure appropriate production slot verification. 
- Support during the review of historical sales actuals and trends, prepare forecast data,



evaluate forecast results; 
- Support all the functions (Sales, Tendering, Operations, SCM) to execute the planning process; 
- Support demand reviews with Sales, Tendering, Operations and assists the meeting preparation; 
- Maintain process documents and update them according to process changes. Co-operate with team members and support them for S&OP; tools utilization across the different countries inside the
- organization; 
- Support the S&OP; team to promote behavioral change to continuously improve business performance. **Your background **
- 2 years of experience in a similar role; 
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling, preferably factory experience; 
- Operational skills, robust previous experience as part of project teams; 
- Ability to communicate effectively to all areas of the business;
