**＜RESPONSIBILITIES＞** ・Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. ・Travel and monitor the demands of online/offline stores in EMEA, responsible for VMD that is aligning with Global HQ direction. ・Analyze competitive landscape and provide insights on competitors’ strategies and performance. ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and sales initiatives. To avoid missing sales opportunity due the lack of inventories. ・Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. ・Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to stakeholders. ・Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.
・Support the development of strategic plans and business cases. ・Develop the merchandise planning process for offline /online commerce. ・Establish assortment guidelines by product and store ・Improve demand forecasting and order accuracy, and develop relevant systems Pay: €65,000.00 - €75,000.00 per year **Experience**: - Visual merchandising: 7 years (required)
