About the client: Our client is a leading multinational industrial
group in the energy sector, specialized in Medium Voltage solutions
with a consolidated presence across Southern Europe. They are a
manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment and prefabricated
concrete buildings, known for their high technical standards and
own manufacturing capabilities. You will be joining at a strategic
moment of expansion: The company is currently establishing a
permanent local structure. They are building their founding team in
Rome now, with the clear goal of opening a fully operational

subsidiary in the next year. This is a unique opportunity to join a

Job description: Business Development: Collaborate with the
Commercial Lead to identify, develop, and close new business
opportunities within the Utilities and Industrial sectors Technical
Consulting: Conduct technical presentations and advise clients on
Medium Voltage solutions (Switchgear, Transformer Substations).
Tender Management: Prepare technical specifications, manage
public/private tenders, and draft commercial offers in coordination
with the engineering team. Negotiation: Manage commercial
negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. Reporting:
Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and report progress
to the HQ. Networking: Represent the company at industry fairs and
events to build a stron
