- Coordinate and monitor start-up and ramp-up activities of new departments.
- Forecast timelines and establish deadlines for various development phases.
- Develop and maintain time schedules, define budgets, and coordinate technical aspects.
- Lead and coordinate a team to ensure flawless execution and successful implementation of projects. **Requirements**:



- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or similar) and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Outstanding ability to forecast project timelines and manage budgets.
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating, mediating and motivating diverse teams.
- Ability to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proficiency in English.
