What We’re Looking For We are currently looking for experienced Italian Immigration Lawyers with a strong interest in Immigration and Global Mobility to join our international team as freelance collaborators. This role is ideal for professionals who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions within a modern, international structure — without being involved in business development or administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with international individuals and corporate clients.
Advise on immigration and mobility strategies in Italy, including national visas, residence permits, work authorization routes, family reunification, long-term residence and Italian citizenship procedures. Manage applications and processes before Italian consulates, Questure, Prefetture, Sportelli Unici per l’Immigrazione, municipalities and other relevant Italian authorities. Advise clients on key immigration and relocation requirements, including documentation, eligibility criteria, procedural timelines and post-arrival obligations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless mobility experience for clients. Maintain organized case tracking and communication through CRM tools. Note: Lead generation is handled internally — you will work with qualified and validated clients. Requirements Law degree obtained in Italy. +4 years of experience in Immigration Law, ideally with exposure to international mobilit
