We are seeking a **freelance Process Project Manager** with a strong background in **process engineering** to lead a key equipment installation project in the **food industry**. This is a hands-on role ideal for a **mid to senior-level professional** who thrives in dynamic industrial environments and is fluent in both **Italian and English**. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the planning and execution of equipment installation and commissioning activities on-site.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on technical and operational requirements.
- Support process design reviews, layout optimization, and process integration.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and documentation to stakeholders. **What We're Looking For**: - Proven experience managing industrial equipment installation projects, ideally in the **food or beverage sector**.
- Solid understanding of **process engineering**, utilities, and factory operations.
- Familiarity with **GMP** and food safety standards is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluency in **Italian and English**.
