Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role** We are looking for an Executive Producer to support the development and execution of HBO original productions in Italy. In this role, you will oversee projects from early development through final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each production runs efficiently, on schedule, and meets HBO’s highest creative and production standards. **Your Role Accountabilities**
- Preparation of in-house preliminary production schedules and budgets.
- With the Production Executive, briefing the legal department for development and production contracts and budgets and monitoring progress in deal-making.
- Supporting the Production Executive in the process for green-lighting projects.
- Supervising budgets and schedules in all phases of production: pre-production, shooting, post-production and delivery.
- Collaborating with the HBO Original Production Accountant and Original Production Legal Counsel in all relevant aspects of the projects.
- Collaborating with the Network Operations department on all the technical aspects of the Production/Deliverables such as technical platforms, requirements and formats.
- Providing general Local Production knowledge to the Commissioning Editor, Production Executive and other HBO Executives about local production companies, suppliers, producers, artists, etc.
- Assisting HBO Departments like Local and Regional Marketing, Programming, Sales and Creative Services as required by providing budgetary, schedule and delivery information about our projects. **Qualifications & Experience**
- Likely to have been an experienced Line Producer or Production Manager in television series and possible feature films.
- A clear understanding of, and experience in, different workflows in a busy production department.
- Experience in developing and supervising the preparation of production schedules and budgets.
- Experience in supervising pre-production, production and post-production workflows including cost reporting.
- Wide knowledge of the local media industry, its key players and suppliers of talent and services.
