As a Manufacturing Sterile Operator DPS, you will: - Operate and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
- Adhere strictly to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Perform routine environmental monitoring and ensure sterile conditions are maintained.
- Accurately detail all manufacturing activities and maintain clear and detailed records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and boost efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to determine and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. **Job Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you must: - Have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a sterile manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstrate proven ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict adherence to protocols.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to compete effectively in a fast-paced setting.
