Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of

Pastry Commis assists in the preparation of desserts, entremets,
and other sweet creations, while ensuring compliance with hygiene
and quality standards, thereby contributing to a unique gourmet
experience for our guests. In this context, the main
responsibilities include: Assisting in the development of the
dessert menu. Ensuring the production and service of desserts
within a food service establishment. Applying current hygiene and
safety regulations. Wearing professional attire in compliance with
hygiene and safety legislation. ABOUT YOU You have proven
