Job Title: Datacenter Facility - Presales Engineer Job Location: Rome/Milan Main Responsibilities: Partner Technical Enablement:
Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions and workshops for partner sales teams and technical personnel (e.g., on UPS, cooling, smart monitoring, prefabricated solutions). Create compelling enablement materials, including presentations, solution guides, competitive analysis, and demonstration scripts. Act as a primary technical escalation point for partners, resolving complex technical queries and challenges. Solution Promotion & Sales Support: Proactively promote the entire Huawei Datacenter Facility solutions portfolio to partners, articulating the value proposition and competitive advantages. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for partners and, when necessary, directly to their end-customers. Support partners in understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and defining optimal solution architectures.
