IT Operations Intern

GroupM is looking for an IT Operations Intern to join the IT team. The candidate will be involved in a learning journey that includes the operations area and also testing or other activities, depending on professional aptitude and personal availability.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an agile environment for one of the largest players in the media industry.
DUTIES
The role will include the following:
- Focus on operations. This includes, but is not limited to, configuring user profiles, securing multimedia tools,
- Becoming part of the operations process. Ability to take charge of service tickets. Being part of a team.
- Progressive improvement of technical knowledge in the IT discipline.
- Contribute to the process with documentation and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
Knowledge of Office Suite, MS Window Server, SQL Server, MS Power BI, applicativi CITRIX
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Desiderable
- Aptitude for IT service management
- Development experience
- Knowledge of the following tools:
Office Suite, MS Window Server, SQL Server, MS Power BI, applicativi CITRIX
PHP, Pyton, Java, C#
Personal attributes
- Ability to organize one's own work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Quick learner and passion for technology
- Proactivity and propensity for teamwork
