About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliates Marketing Manager to build and scale our affiliate partnership program. The ideal candidate will develop direct relationships with affiliate partners, identify new growth opportunities, and optimize performance across user acquisition channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial skills, and hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Partnerships: Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with direct affiliate partners to achieve acquisition and ROI targets.
Business Development: Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partnerships that align with Prime Insights' growth strategy.
Tracking & Analytics: Use platforms such as HasOffers and other affiliate tracking tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates, identifying
