Identify and remove content that violates internal guidelines. Trust & Safety Operations Monitor digital content to maintain a safe online environment. Detect potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content. Risk Identification & Escalation Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams. Follow established procedures for handling sensitive content. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions. Ensure consistency and quality in all moderation processes. Please Note: This role involves reviewing sensitive content, which may occasionally include scenes of violence or disturbing material. What We're Looking For Language Skills Italian: C1 level or higher English: B2 level or higher Attention to Detail Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
