What will you do? We are seeking a DialogFlow CX Specialist with: Experience working with Dialogflow CX in production environments. Design and configuration of flows, pages, intents, and entities . Implementation and consumption of REST APIs . Development and maintenance of webhooks . Proficiency in JSON handling and conditional logic . Experience integrating conversational assistants with backend systems (CRM, databases,
internal services). Experience in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of conversational bots. Conversational Italian or English .
