Summary The new resource will be part of Knauf Italy's Manufacturing area in Gambassi Plat and will focus in the management and implementation of health, safety and environmental policies within the company, in the development of projects and investments, and in the continuous improvement of industrial processes. Responsibilities - Compliance with regulations, including ensuring all legal requirements (fire, pollution, accident...) and occupational safety (noise, risk of injury...) according to national or European law - Implementations of projects such as Loto (Lock out Tag out) , HRC (hazard risk control), OPL (one point Lesson) - Project Management, including risk analysis and removal of investment roadblocks Manage projects in CAPEX environment. - Develop a detailed project plan (resources, budget, time frame); - Participate in environmental and sustainability system audits and follow up on derived actions. - Support facility for audit management (HSE, 5S, Environmental & Fire Audit) - Certification (ISO 14001, IS0 50001, A.U.A.) - Independently plan, implement,
and manage assigned projects; - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, indicators, tools and techniques; Requirements - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and Industrial Experts of experience - fluent Italian and English; - At least 3 years' experience in industries with involvement in HSE, maintenance, and project management issues - Experience in industrial process environments - Electrical and plant maintenance knowledge is welcome - Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and laws - Ability to manage and coordinate health, safety and environmental activities within the company - Good knowledge of PC and offcie package and management - Excellent communication and training skill Performance, Competence and Motivation.
