About the job Junior O2C Specialist (German + English) – Porto, Portugal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our team in Porto. If you have a background in finance or accounting and strong German and English skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in an international environment.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
09:00 – 18:00
Weekends off

Salary & Benefits
- €1,300 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
- €300/month meal allowance (11 months)
- Daily meal allowance

Responsibilities
- Manage Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes
- Support invoicing, collections,



and payment follow-upsReconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C/Finance (up to 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent German + advanced English (C1)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and customer service skills
