Overview
Are you an experienced Channel Leader with a strong track record of driving growth through partners and distribution, and a deep understanding of enterprise indirect sales?
This is a strategic role within Mitel’s channel organization, with responsibility for driving revenue across both enterprise indirect business and pure channel-driven opportunities. The role requires broad exposure to partner-led sales models, a strong understanding of distribution dynamics, and the ability to build and execute joint growth strategies with key partners, distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Success will depend on developing strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing the impact of Mitel’s channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage day by day relation with Distributors and top T2 partners
- Drive incremental business through channel
- Protect the installed based, working closely with SWA/SSP renewal Team
- Drive partners’ performance according to the new Partner program requirements
- Support enterprise business in cooperation with NAMs where applicable
- Assure proper level of inventory and technical expertise from Distributors
- Weekly reporting about the channel business
- Work with marketing to identify initiatives and campaigns on a quarterly basis
Requirements
- 10-15 experience in channel management
- located in Italy Milan or Rome and willing to travel across the Italian territory to visit partners
- native Italian and fluent in English
- ability to deal with partners’ related processes in a multi-national environment
- specific experience in UC and CX
- solid recognition in the Italian reseller's ecosystem
